How to Solve 2024 2023 MB SD C4/M6 Xentry Software Login Failure Problem?

Some users have encountered login failures with MB SD C4 DoIP / Super MB Pro M6 Xentry Software (obtained via internal channels) starting April 1st, 2025. After entering the standard username (Xentry) and password (88888), the software refuses to launch.

Note: VXDIAG devices running different software are not affected.

Solution: Fix the Offline Configuration Files

The issue occurs due to an expired offline configuration file. Follow these steps to restore functionality:

1️⃣ Download the Updated Offline Configuration Files (offline_properties).

2️⃣ Replace the First File:
Navigate to: C:\ProgramData\Mercedes-Benz\config\XD_DT
Replace the existing file with the new one.

3️⃣ Replace the Second File:
Navigate to: C:\ProgramData\Mercedes-Benz\config\XD_MB
Replace the existing file with the new one.

⚠ Important: Both files must be replaced; skipping either one may not fully resolve the issue.

After completing these steps, restart Xentry and verify that the login works correctly.
