In our previous article, we introduced the new IMMO data erase function for BMW BDC2 modules added in the VAPON VP100 key programmer (V2.07). Today, we’re highlighting another powerful tool — the Yanhua ACDP Module 38, which now also supports BDC2 module reflash, data copy, and replacement functions. Both devices can add keys and erase data for BMW G-Series BDC2 module perfectly.
Yanhua Module 38 Free Upgrade:
(Used with Mini ACDP2 and Module 38)
1.Added BMW BDC2 Module Reflash Function
- Unlock second-hand BDC2 moduleand erase it to unlocked
2.Added BMW BDC2 Module Copy & Replacement Function
- Back up IMMO data from the original BDC2 module and a working key.
- Write IMMO data to a second-hand orbrand new BDC2 module.
- No need to handle TCM or DME modules—dealer key ordering remains unaffected.
How to Access:
To perform this function, need to use OBD extension cable to connect Yanhua ACDP2 and the OBDII port of vehicle correctly
Menu Path:
Navigate to BMW-> FEM/BDC-> IMMO/Mileage-> BDC2 ICP+OBD (F/G Chassis)-> Module Replace
- To replace a module: Select "Copy Data Replace"
- To reflash a module: Select "Erase Module Data"

- Back up IMMO data
Step 2: Write Data to New Module
- Back up Coding data
- Write IMMO data
- New or empty modules
- Used unemptied modules
