Some Android phones may fail to connect to the Yanhua Mini ACDP2 host via a USB cable. This issue can be resolved by enabling OTG on the smartphone.
The solution:
Check the status of the OTG switch on Android phone.
Step 1: Tap “Settings” of Android phone
Step 2: Input “otg” in the search bar to find “OTG connection” and click on it
Step 3: We can see the prompt that “Automatically turns off if not used for 10 mins”, turn on the OTG switch
Step 4: Go back to Mini ACDP APP, the USB prompt pop-up window will then appear, click on “Close” and then “OK”
The Android phone will be successfully connected to Yanhua ACDP2.
