PADFLASH Installation and Software Display

PADFLASH Installation Guide:  Upon receiving your PADFLASH device, please follow these steps:

1. Install TeamViewer Remote Control Software:

   • Download the latest version of TeamViewer from the official website: https://www.teamviewer.com/download.
   • Run the downloaded installer and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

2. Connect the Device to Your Computer:

   • Use the provided USB cable to connect the device's main unit to your computer.
   • Insert the accompanying USB KEY into your computer.

3. Ensure a Stable Internet Connection:

   • Verify that your computer has a reliable network connection to facilitate remote assistance.

4. Provide Remote Access Details:

   Open TeamViewer on your computer, Locate your TeamViewer ID and password, Send to us: Whatsapp: +86-13995696053, Skype: UOBD2.COM, Email:Sales@UOBDII.com or send them to info@padflashr.uk.

5. Remote Technical Assistance:

   • Our technical support team will remotely assist you with the installation and activation of your device.

6. Activation Schedule:

   • Activation times are as follows:（Spain Time）
     
     • Central European Time (CET, UTC+1): 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
     • Central European Summer Time (CEST, UTC+2): 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

7. System Requirements:

   • Operating System: We recommend using Windows 7 64-bit for optimal stability. Windows 10 64-bit is currently in internal testing and is not advised at this time. Once stability is confirmed, support for Windows 10 64-bit will be announced.
   • Hardware Specifications: Ensure your computer has at least 4GB of RAM and a CPU with a minimum speed of 2.5GHz.

Important Notice: Do not attempt to disassemble the device's casing. Unauthorized tampering may cause damage and void the warranty.

PADFLASH Software Display:
