The customer noted that the password they received was 18 digits long, while the tool prompts for a 6-digit password. He already has an account and entered his email, but the 6-digit password prompt after scanning the QR code still results in error 6030.
Here is the solution:
The 6-digit password is the one you used when registering. If you’ve forgotten it, go to http://u.lonsdor.com/auth/login?lang=en.
Click on 'Forgot Password'
Enter your registered email to receive a verification code.
Enter a new password with digits only, then click 'Submit.'
Note: Use the same email address associated with your device. Once your password is reset, you should be able to log into your KH100+ device as usual."
