How to Cut HON66 Key by Xhorse Condor XC-002 Pro?

Make sure the machine is well- calibrated before cutting. Follow the steps below to operate one by one.

Step 1: Install original key and blank key

Put a guiding block on the Clamp

Put an original HON66 key on it

Use a shim to make sure the key is well aligned

Then insert a blank key to the right

Step 2: Adjust height level

Press down the main handle and check the indicator light

Just follow the direction of the light and rotate the micro-adjust knob until the middle light turns green

If you don’t have a shim momentarily, you can use another method below.

To ensure the accuracy, we can use probes of the same specification on both sides

Press down the main handle and rotate the handle to lock it

And you utilize the probe and cutter of the Condor XC002 Pro for key alignment

Replace the cutter back and adjust the micro-adjust knob until the middle light turns green

Step 3: Adjust clamp

There are 3 marked positions at the bottom of the clamp: A, B and C

Slide in the clamp and make one triangle directs to the line depending on your need

Then turn on the power switch of the cutter and adjust the speed control knob to a suitable speed

Step 4: Cut key

Start duplicating the key

Press down the main handle and start cutting

After cutting one side of the key successfully, turn off the power switch of the cutter

Clean up the clamp and flip the key

Then use the same above steps to cut another side of the key by Xhorse Condor XC002 Pro

Remember to turn off the power switch after cutting

Finally, test if the new key can use or not
