Solution: When you get the “No Customer Information Found”, Mostly is your account not be activated. Provide your pcmtuner serial number to your dealer to activate the device and VZ performance. And use your Email address and serial number to log in to the VZ-performance.
If you have activated your Pcmtuner already, but login VZ-performance failed and show the wrong username and password.
Please note that VZ-performance is no longer your email address, please use pcmtuner serial number as password.
Since April 19, VZ-Performance Name= Your Email account, Password= Your Pcmtuner serial number
